To keep riparian rights for a beloved tributary of the river Thaya, the property owners of a former mill are requested by authorities to prove their need by producing energy. Based on experiments with "grinded water" and operated by a small water turbine alongside the mill, three installations stage an elementary interplay of water, wind and light - provoking an amusing debate between law and art.
