The 66,000 m2 plot of the Shopping City Parndorf is located in the Burgenland, Austria. Besides a Designer Outlet Center in the east and the Pirscherwald in the west, the interrelation of topography and agriculture characterizes the surrounding and generates a scenery of curved surfaces and lines. Based on this aesthetic and with a sensitive approach to the existing terrain, the design creates a flowing architecture with two ground-floor areas, that blends perfectly into the surrounding landscape. The design concept generally aims towards a comfortable and unique shopping experience, especially created by a spacious mall landscape with high amenity values. Structurally and functionally, architecture and outside facilities form a unity.
