Wohnen am Park in Pradl

Based on the urban planning competition Grünzug Andechsstraße in 2016, the residential project Wohnen am Park in Pradl and the adjacent Park in Pradl (view the project our website here) were completed in 2020. The open space of the residential complex was built almost entirely on an underground car park. Elevated planting areas provide sufficient root space for intensive greening and numerous trees. Spacious fields of grasses pervade the entire residential complex and structure the open space into different areas. Connecting and separating elements were established in order to create a pleasant and appropriate environment for noise and movement-intensive uses - but also for protected meeting places, rest and relaxation.
